Health and safety

Your health and wellbeing are our number one priority. That's why we have stringent health and safety measures in place and are following all government guidelines. 

We have also implemented additional safety protocols, specifically designed to ensure that our customers and employees have a comfortable experience with added peace of mind.

• SNOW PARK
  • For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 2 are not permitted inside Ski Dubai. 
    
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or over. 
  • Helmets must be worn by any guests that are under the age of 13. 
  • Guests aged between 2 and 14 years may be required to provide proof of age at the admission desk for verification.
• SNOW BULLET
  • Pregnant women and those with medical conditions such as high blood pressure or back injuries are not permitted to ride the Snow Bullet.
  • Children must be over 8 years old, 120cm or more in height, and must weigh over 30kg.
  • Adults weighing 120 kg or more are not permitted to ride the Snow Bullet.
    
• THE SLOPE
  • Little skiers or snowboarders aged 3-8 are permitted to enter under the supervision of an adult.
  • Guests between the ages of 2 and 14 are required to show an ID at the admissions desk for age verification.
  • Little skiers or snowboarders aged 3-8 are permitted to enter under the supervision of an adult.
  • Skiers or snowboarders aged 9-14 may enter if the parent/guardian is within the Mall of the Emirates premises.
  • Helmets are mandatory for children under the age of 13.
  • All guests under 18 years of age must submit a waiver form signed by their guardian to enter the Slope

• SKI SCHOOL
  • Children must be 3 years old or above to enroll for ski lessons and a minimum of 8 years old to enroll for snowboard lessons. 
  • Guests between the ages of 2 and 14 are required to show an ID at the admissions desk for age verification.
  • Children enrolled in our Discovery Lessons do not require adult supervision as they will be supervised at all times by our qualified instructors.

For your safety and peace of mind, we thoroughly clean and disinfect all equipment and launder all rental garments, including headwear and footwear, after each and every use.
